Hoard — End-User License Agreement

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

Hoard is private internal accounting software operated by Bike4Mind, Inc. It reads QuickBooks Online read-only and never writes to it. It is provided “AS IS”, and it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice — every figure must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is filed or relied upon.

1. License & Scope

Grant

Bike4Mind, Inc. grants the authorized user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hoard for internal accounting and tax-preparation purposes only.

Not a Public Product

Hoard is private internal software. It is not sold, not offered to the public, and not distributed. Access is granted only to the owner and to users they explicitly authorize.

Ownership

Hoard and all intellectual property in it remain the property of Bike4Mind, Inc. Your accounting data remains entirely yours.

2. Restrictions

No Redistribution

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make Hoard available to any third party.

No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Hoard, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Authorized Data Only

You may connect only accounts and companies you are authorized to access. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access.

3. QuickBooks Data

Read-Only

Hoard reads QuickBooks Online data on a strictly read-only basis. It never writes to, modifies, or deletes anything in QuickBooks.

Your Authorization

Access exists only because you granted it via Intuit's OAuth flow, and it ends the moment you revoke it. You may disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.

Handling

How Hoard stores and handles that data — and everything it will never do with it — is set out in the Hoard Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

4. No Warranty & No Advice

AS IS

Hoard is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

NOT Accounting, Tax, or Legal Advice

Hoard is a bookkeeping and analysis tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Every figure it produces must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is relied upon, filed, or acted on.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bike4Mind, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of Hoard.

5. Term & Governing Law

Termination

This license terminates automatically upon breach, or upon written notice from either party. On termination, you must cease using Hoard, and you may request deletion of your stored data.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update this agreement. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
